We are seeking a dynamic Store Leader to build year‑over‑year business, grow the local client base, and maximize P+L. You will inspire talent, create a positive work environment, and lead with empathy.

• Recruit and attract candidates, creating a positive work environment and prioritizing retention.
• Develop team members, proactively monitor performance, and hold the team accountable for results.
• Act as the ambassador for clienteling, building sales and wardrobing clients from head to toe.
• Achieve all KPI targets including conversion, UPT, average basket, appointment sales, inventory shortage results, staffing, and develop a robust business strategy.
• Execute clienteling program and demonstrate its importance to the team.
• Be fully versed in front‑ and back‑of‑the‑house operations; perform hands‑on duties.
• Build effective relationships with all corporate partners and provide continuous support.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in luxury retail management, with HR and people development experience.
