What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager for University Programs to lead our efforts in building and maintaining strong relationships with top-tier universities. You will create and lead strategies that attract, engage, and hire the next generation of innovators. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing programs that foster innovation, talent acquisition, research, and curriculum collaboration in the field of semiconductor technology.

This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and lead a small team of University Specialists and Recruiters.

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to support university partnerships, programs, and intern recruiting.
  • Design and execute programs to support the company's business objectives, including talent acquisition, research partnerships, and curriculum development.
  • Develop and manage budget, track program metrics, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Represent Samsung at university events, conferences, and meetings, promoting the company's brand and interests.
  • Build consistent longer-term relationships with institutional R&D Centers.
  • Own intern hiring and headcount management.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, or related discipline); advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years in university relations, early career programs, and early career recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and its key technologies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful university partnership programs.
  • Familiarity with graduate research projects and industry partnerships.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and scale programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a global company with a diverse team.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Work with metrics, numbers, and trends to tell a meaningful story to multiple audiences.

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.
