Job Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time and part‑time DISHWASHER position in San Jose, CA 95134. The role requires no previous experience. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Fixed hourly rate: $27.35 per hour.

Full‑time:
Wednesday through Sunday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. Part‑time:
Friday through Sunday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. Schedule details are discussed during interview.

• Scrape, rinse, wash, and rack dishes by hand or place them in a conveyor to a dishwashing machine as assigned.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures.
• Polish silverware using a burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buff wheel, and hand cloth as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and sanitation standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and in safety compliance.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispense it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
