Duties:
Requirements:
- 1 year of workers’ compensation defense experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with the Defense Base Act or Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (a plus)
- Strong organizational and case management skills
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Proficient in working within a digital legal environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active Member in Good Standing with the State Bar of California
