We are recruiting for our Employment Department (San Jose office - onsite position) for Spring 2026 (part-time while in law school), Law Clerks (Law Students, 2L or 3L).
We are interested in applicants with ties to Santa Clara County.
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, as well as strong analytical writing and communication skills.
