Location:
San Jose, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite; Remote considered for exceptional candidates)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
Duration: 1 year cntract
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Legal Case Manager / Employment Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a passion for managing litigation processes and employment-related matters.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee litigation holds, discovery management, and document review/production
- Track data and analytics related to litigation and employment matters
- Manage projects with precision and follow-through
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Employee Relations
- Support billing and invoice tracking through internal systems
- Work closely with a team of three other skilled marketers
Key Tools & Technologies:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Google Drive / G-Suite
- Case management and eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Exterro)
- Billing/invoice management systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior in-house employment paralegal or case management experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Clear communication and an approachable, people-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
