About the Role:

A respected boutique firm focused on Family Law and Civil Litigation is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney
. This is a remote role, with occasional in-person appearances required at Bay Area courts (primarily Santa Clara County).

We’re looking for a confident, self-directed attorney with strong litigation skills and a deep understanding of complex family law matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys meaningful, client-focused work.

• Lead and manage a diverse Family Law caseload
• Represent clients at hearings and trials
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff
• Contribute to strategy, reporting, and forecasting
• Maintain deadlines and case progress
• Assist with light administrative and billing tasks as needed

• 5+ years of Family Law experience
• Prior work with high-net-worth clients
• CFLS certification strongly preferred
• Santa Clara County court experience is a plus
• Strong litigation, drafting, and communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Fully remote (with court travel as needed)
