Duties:
Litigate and defend employment-related lawsuits and agency chargesProvide legal advice, counseling, and training to employers on labor and employment law topicsRepresent employers in court, arbitrations, mediations, and before administrative agenciesHandle matters involving wage and hour issues, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contracts, employment torts, non-compete agreements, and class/collective actionsEngage in legal research, case preparation, and strategic litigation planningClass Action and PAGA experience preferred but not requiredRequirements:
4–6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in employment lawStrong knowledge of state and federal agency proceduresDemonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independentlyProven commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and effective teamworkMust be eligible to work in the United StatesEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law schoolStrong academic credentials requiredCertifications:Active California Bar membership in good standingSkills:Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsNote:
