Our law firm is seeking a motivated attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in providing legal counsel to clients, working closely with senior attorneys, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and managing client files. Recent law school graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for immigration law are encouraged to apply.

This role initially offers a contract position with the potential to become a permanent associate Immigration Attorney based on performance.
Responsibilities- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and current Bar membership (preferably California).
- Minimum one year of experience in family, removal, and immigration legal defense.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Commitment to immigrant and civil rights issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, advocacy, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to handle a busy caseload.
- Proficiency in immigration platforms like INSZoom is a plus.
- Active ABA membership preferred.
- Successful completion of the state bar exam required.
$75,000 - $90,000 annually
