• Immediate, hands-on litigation exposure

• General liability defense
• Habitability litigation
• Personal injury defense
• Construction defect

Both plaintiff-side and defense experience translate well here, and attorneys coming from workers’ compensation, immigration, lemon law, or other transferable practices are encouraged to explore this role.

• Manage general liability matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Participate in depositions as experience grows
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate on litigation strategy and case evaluation
• Appear in court as needed
• Take increasing ownership of assigned files

• Base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000
• Flexibility above or below the range, depending on the background
• Discretionary year-end bonus
