Patent AttorneyFull-Time | All Locations (Cloud + Physical Offices)
Who We’re Looking For- S./M.S./Ph.D. in engineering, software or related fields, chemistry or biotech
- 5+ years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications preferred
- Industry experience and advanced technical degrees of particular interest
- Work in a collaborative environment that lets you focus on clients’ needs
- IP prosecution, including preparation and prosecution of applications, appeals, re‑examinations, and foreign oppositions
- Strategic patent portfolio planning and management
- Infringement, validity, and clearance investigations
- Opinions
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Life insurance; long‑ and short‑term disability
