Litigation Secretary - Civil Litigation Focus

Location:

San Jose (Onsite). Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 (up to $120,000 for 20+ years of tenure).

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and review litigation documents, including TOC/TOA
    , pleadings, and discovery materials.
  • Manage calendaring for hearings, depositions, and critical deadlines.
  • Handle e‑filing for state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all procedural rules.
  • Assist with document review and preparation for hearings and trials.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel to ensure smooth case management.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
  • Experience in labor and employment law is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of court procedures and filing requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management tools.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
