Litigation Secretary - Civil Litigation Focus
Location:
San Jose (Onsite). Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 (up to $120,000 for 20+ years of tenure).
- Prepare and review litigation documents, including TOC/TOA
, pleadings, and discovery materials. - Manage calendaring for hearings, depositions, and critical deadlines.
- Handle e‑filing for state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all procedural rules.
- Assist with document review and preparation for hearings and trials.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel to ensure smooth case management.
- 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
- Experience in labor and employment law is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and filing requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management tools.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
