The Litigation department at Berliner Cohen is actively recruiting for an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience with interest in business, commercial, trust & estate, and real estate.

Candidates should possess a strong academic background, a proven track record of strong performance and measurable results, and exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills. They must also be able to think creatively, solve problems, and work independently and with a team.

Compensation. A litigation Associate with at least three years of experience can reasonably expect to start at $190,000; however, actual compensation will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, the candidate's qualifications and experience.
