Description We are looking for an accomplished Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our Trust & Estate Litigation team in San Jose, California. The ideal candidate will bring substantial expertise in trusts and estates litigation, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional counsel and representation to clients.

This role offers an opportunity to work on complex cases while contributing to the growth and success of the firm's practice.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert legal representation in trust and estate litigation matters, including disputes involving undue influence, fraud, and lack of capacity.

- Advocate for clients in cases of financial elder abuse, ensuring their rights are protected.

- Handle trust and probate litigation, addressing issues such as breach of fiduciary duty, asset mismanagement, and co-trustee conflicts.

- Draft and review legal documents, including motions and briefs, with precision and attention to detail.

- Manage discovery processes, ensuring thorough preparation and analysis of case materials.

- Serve as a mentor and supervisor to associates, fostering their growth and ensuring high standards of legal practice.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies tailored to client needs and case objectives.

- Maintain a reputation for integrity and high standards within the legal community.

- Build and nurture client relationships, offering strategic advice and guidance on complex trust and estate issues. Requirements - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

- Active membership in the State Bar of California.

- At least 8 years of experience specializing in trust and estate litigation.

- Demonstrated proficiency in civil litigation, including drafting motions, briefing, and discovery.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills to effectively handle complex cases.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and oral.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Established reputation for ethical practice and collegiality among peers in the legal field.
