Location: San Jose, CA
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 10 years of substantial experience in litigation.
- Prior trial experience (preferably jury trials).
- Proven track record in 1st or 2nd chair trial and arbitration experience.
- Exceptional litigation skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as lead counsel in high-stakes litigation matters.
- Act as the 1st or 2nd chair in trial and arbitration proceedings.
- Engage directly with clients, including high-level executives.
- Present and argue dispositive motions.
- Prepare for arbitration, bench, and jury trials, including witness preparation and post-judgment motion practice.
- Contribute to litigating high-stakes cases.
- Promote the firm's dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
