Specialist - SAP-SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP IBP implementation, with a focus on the Response & Supply module.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices, especially in order-based planning and response management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and customization, including experience with supply planning and order management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in conducting user training and knowledge transfer sessions is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain challenges and solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and supply chain trends.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP IBP Response & Supply module, ensuring it aligns with business requirements.
• Translate supply chain needs into efficient, scalable IBP solutions, working closely with business stakeholders.
• Optimize the R&S module for supply planning and order-based planning, enhancing supply chain performance.
• Manage real-time response capabilities within the IBP system, ensuring timely and accurate supply chain responses.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the R&S module, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the R&S module with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the R&S module.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management, suggesting improvements and enhancements.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of the R&S module's configuration and implementation process.

The SAP IBP Response & Supply Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing supply chain performance. They are responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of the Response & Supply (R&S) module within SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their supply chain requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable IBP solutions.

The specialist ensures that the R&S module is optimized for supply planning and order-based planning, enabling real-time response management and improved supply chain performance.
