Senior Specialist - SAP-SAP ABAP

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong track record of successful project deliveries.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including object-oriented ABAP, ABAP Web Dynpro, and SAP UI5/Fiori.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and its unique development environment is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and project implementations.

• Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our SAP ABAP capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards, implementing robust security measures in the SAP ABAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support and maintenance for our clients' SAP systems.
• Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy access to critical information.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, providing accurate timelines and resource requirements for SAP ABAP projects.
