IT SITE Engineer

The Site Engineer will help maintain the company’s mission‑critical production infrastructure to high levels of availability, security, scalability, performance, and efficiency for our customers.

The role involves maintaining and enhancing mission‑critical production infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, performance, and efficiency for customer‐facing services.

• Application systems administration experience on Linux.
• Experience supporting live customer production environments, including major online services such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Amazon, eBay, Pay Pal, Stub Hub, or similarly high‑availability web platforms.
• Experience in infrastructure, storage, data center, networking, virtualization, or similar areas of application system administration.
• Experience with customer‑interfacing products; not limited to software companies but preferred when supportive of high‑availability online services.
• Not interested in candidates who have only supported internal IT infrastructure, internal lab environments, or environments that are not live customer production settings.
