• Lead the technical discovery and design of complex, large-scale CCaaS solutions, ensuring integration of voice and digital channels
• Architect and present solutions utilizing AI/ML services for conversational AI and intelligent workflow orchestration
• Create and deliver impactful product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts to showcase business value
• Act as the trusted technical advisor to sales teams and customer executives on cloud architecture and total cost of ownership
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the CCaaS competitive landscape and position the employer’s offerings effectively

• Minimum of 10 years in a technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture role, with at least 6 years in the CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud contact center market
• Deep experience designing and presenting modern cloud contact center reference architectures
• Proven ability to articulate the value of AI in customer experience and integrate conversational AI solutions
• Expertise in mapping and designing end-to-end customer journeys using digital channels
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and business application integrations

• Practical experience with the traditional employer stack, including Avaya Aura and relevant applications
• Basic familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for rapid prototyping
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) or specialized CCaaS vendor certifications
