The Sr Director of Business Applications with a specialization in Net Suite ERP is responsible for leading the organization's efforts in optimizing and leveraging Net Suite and other ERP systems to improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and drive innovation. This role involves overseeing a team of professionals, managing technology investments, and ensuring that enterprise applications align with the company's strategic goals, enhances operational efficiency, and supports our growth objectives.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Application strategy in alignment with the organization's business objectives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define technology roadmaps and long-term vision
• Develop and articulate a clear vision for our enterprise applications, aligning technology investments with the company's strategic goals
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to gain a competitive edge

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team professionals, application architects, developers, and analysts
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team and provide guidance for their professional development
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the team

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Net Suite and other ERP systems
• Ensure the systems meet business requirements, compliance standards, and performance expectations
• Oversee the assessment and optimization of our application portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability
• Maintain a holistic view of our application landscape, making informed decisions about software development, integration, and retirement

• Champion digital transformation initiatives by leveraging technology to streamline business processes, enhance data analytics, and improve customer engagement
• Ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization

• Work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Streamline workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs

• Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
• Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively

• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of Enterprise application systems
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership on system performance and project status

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ten (15+) years of experience in Financial systems ERP system management, with a focus on leadership roles
• Five (10+) years of experience in enterprise software, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies

• MBA or advanced degree
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Financial ERP systems in complex organizations
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software, technology trends, and industry best practices
