Overview
- Serve as the primary end user–facing support specialist for the Cyber Ark EPM product
- Monitor incoming support tickets from intake and ensure timely response
- Support end users (troubleshooting, guiding through setup, etc.)
- Contact users directly to guide them through troubleshooting steps
- Handle new user onboarding for the EPM product
- Communicate with internal users effectively. Must be composed, articulate, and confident
- Collaborate with the team to support adoption of the EPM platform
- Provide clear explanations to users who may not be technically strong

- Strong end user facing communication skills. Ability to be confident, clear and hold a steady presence on calls
- Prior cybersecurity or endpoint security experience (work or school)
- Familiarity with Cyber Ark Endpoint Protection Manager / Privileged Manager (EPM)
- Any background supporting Cyber Ark products specifically
- Strong customer service or help desk background in enterprise environments
