Team Introduction The Global Payment team provides payment and financial solutions to ensure that users have a smooth and secure payment experience across our platforms and services.

• Responsible for building and expanding the global payment network platform by connecting with payment partners like mainstream payment service providers, financial institutions around the world to support Byte Dance Group’s business international expansion.
• Manage end-to-end card products to deliver high-quality payment products in a timely manner, taking the lead in analyzing partners' capabilities, business requirements, coordinating with Tech, Business and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for upgrading and optimizing platform products to enhance the platform's capability in improving end-user experience, operation efficiency, payment success rate, system stability, meeting compliance requirements, and reducing cost etc

• Minimum Qualification(s)- Bachelor Degree or above, excellent academic performance.
• 3+ years of work experience, at least 2 years of payment related experience.
• Deep understanding of Visa/Master Card/JCB/Diners Club/Discover/Union Pay card scheme rules and concepts, has end to end card payment experience in at least 1 of the 4 roles(Issuer/Acquirer/Card Network/Merchant).
• Experience in end-to-end card product management in software or web technologies with good summarizing and abstract thinking ability.
• Strong analytical skills, be able to think logically and independently.
• Strong execution skills with a sense of responsibility and ownership, drive projects forward and solve problems timely and efficiently.
• Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user experience and business and commercial issues.
• Preferred Qualification(s)- Experience in card acquiring systems and platform design is a strong plus.
• Experience working with top Fintech/Acquirer/Card Scheme is a plus.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $311600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
