- Drive IT Infrastructure Excellence:
What You'll Do:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to support and enhance our enterprise IT infrastructure with a focus on Active Directory, Entra , Microsoft 365, Intune and Proofpoint. This role requires strong hands-on technical capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- IT System Design & Implementation & Security:
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and security/compliance configurations.
- Administer M365 Intune and security-related products for enterprise environments, including privileged access management, DLP, encryption, and MDM security solutions.
- Administer M365 Defender and Proofpoint for email protection.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory/Entra d infrastructure, including identity lifecycle, GPO management, DNS, OU structure, and AD health.
- Automate administrative tasks and reporting using Power Shell scripting and Microsoft Graph API, including user provisioning, mailbox and Teams automation, and compliance tasks.
- Utilize
ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management (preferred).
- Technical Leadership & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical leadership to IT teams and support enterprise-wide IT initiatives.
- Prioritize and resolve system issues in afast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Assist in hardware setup, including lifting and carrying IT equipment (up to 40 lbs).
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
Technical Expertise:
- Proven hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Entra , Microsoft 365 and endpoint management platforms
- Familiarity with email protection platforms
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Power Shell, Graph API)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server 2019
- Advanced knowledge of Server OS, privilege/access control, and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, HCI storage).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and encryption technologies.
- MCSE certification (preferred).
Soft Skills & Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to fast-changing IT environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
$83,000 - $98,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
