YourImpact
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in improving operational efficiency and scalability across the Cisco Component Business. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing operations, test operations, product operations, quality, finance and IT, to analyze, document and improve business processes supporting product development and outsourced manufacturing.
Specific responsibilities- Document, analyze, and optimize product operations processes.
- Identify system gaps, pain points, and automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain process maps, operating procedures, and training documentation for Oracle.
- Partner with IT to manage configuration changes, testing and validation of system changes.
- Support data audits, compliance checks and reporting requirements for internal and external partners.
- Partner with product operations and engineering to support product releases, change orders and lifecycle status updates.
- 3+ years of experience in a process improvement or business analyst role, ideally in a semiconductor environment.
- Familiarity with fabless semiconductor operations including foundry interfaces, OSAT management, and engineering changes processes.
- Familiarity with setting up bills of material and New Product Introduction process.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with MS Office Products, including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Experience with Oracle Fusion Product Management modules.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance and audit practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
