• Own the product vision and roadmap for key areas of the SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with company strategy
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through launch, managing multiple work streams simultaneously
• Serve as a confident product representative in client-facing settings, including demos and feedback sessions
• Facilitate alignment across product, engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure shared understanding of priorities
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate product performance and inform decisions

• 6–8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise software
• Proven ability to manage complex products with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and align various stakeholders
• Deep experience working with engineering and UX teams in agile environments

• Experience with insight, analytics, or research platforms
• Familiarity with online communities and unstructured data
• Experience executing AI features
