We are seeking aDigitisation & Automation Consultant (Director level) to join our Tech Consulting practice. This role will lead large-scale transformation engagements for finance functions at mid-market and enterprise clients. You will go beyond ERP deployment—reimagining operating models, redesigning finance processes, embedding automation and analytics, and delivering measurable performance improvements.
You will report into senior leadership, manage multiple work streams, lead teams across locations, and work directly with CFOs and executive teams. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities- Lead finance transformation projects across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes
- Redesign operating models and embed automation, analytics, and digitization into finance workflows
- Deliver measurable performance improvements (cost reduction, process efficiency, forecasting accuracy)
- Manage multiple work streams and teams across geographies
- Partner directly with CFOs and executive leadership to drive change
- Play a commercial role: source new business, write proposals, and expand client relationships
- Minimum 3 years in consulting with leadership experience in finance transformation/digital enablement
- Strong track record of measurable impacts (e.g., cost reduction, improved forecasting accuracy, faster close cycles)
- Experience with multiple ERP/financial systems and enabling technologies (automation tools, analytics platforms)
- Demonstrated commercial skills: business development, proposal writing, client relationship expansion
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams, present to executives, and manage change
