Tech CU is looking for a Sr. Director, Business Process & Knowledge Management to be the architect behind how we work, how we scale, and how we deliver exceptional experiences to our members.
In this role, you’ll shape our enterprise process framework, champion continuous improvement, and lead a powerhouse team of business analysts driving high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives. From building an enterprise process catalog to development for workflow automation solutions (Appian, Docu Sign, RPA, and AI), you’ll be at the center of transforming strategy into seamless execution.
You’ll partner closely with executive leaders, IT, operations, finance, and member‑facing teams to:
- Simplify how work gets done
- Embed knowledge into everyday operations
- Improve speed, quality, and compliance
- Deliver scalable solutions that support Tech CU’s growth
