The Opportunity
The Adobe Business and Strategic Operations team, in the Platform organization, seeks someone with critical thinking and outstanding communication skills who can work well with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone with passion, fresh ideas, intellectual curiosity, and a focus on strategy and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- What you’ll do – Be a core part of the team, manage vital initiatives that deliver business results, and contribute to the expansion of Adobe's Digital Media Org. Tasks include:
- Vendor Management — Own vendor relationships and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, while proactively identifying budget risks and cost optimization opportunities.
- Budget Planning & Spend Governance — Drive clear intake, prioritization, and budget approval processes to enable informed strategic spend decisions.
- Resource Management — Partner with cross-functional teams and executive leaders on resource planning and headcount requests, providing clear recommendations and tradeoff analysis.
- Operational Excellence & Innovation — Challenge the status quo by exploring innovative ways to operate, streamline workflows and processes, and develop automation frameworks to scale ways of working.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting in SaaS or digital environments
- Preferably hold an MBA and a BS or equivalent experience in a STEM field
- A proven track record of creatively solving complex business problems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Flexibility to pivot and address ad hoc requests or shifting priorities
- High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills to influence and impact all levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while managing ambiguity and uncertainty
- Storytelling ability to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand ideas and communicate across written and verbal channels
- High personal accountability for self and others
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $81,500 – $162,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $112,400 - $162,800.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
