We are looking for a talented mobile app or web-based product designer to provide the best payment service experience  will have the opportunity to explore, conceptualize, communicate, collaborate, execute and ultimately improve the quality of our products.

• Take the lead in crafting the user experience of globally-relevant and locally-optimised payment products from web-based platforms to consumer-facing mobile apps.
• Design the global products for worldwide users, i.e., LATAM, US, EU and other countries.
• Drive the innovation of design and the improvement of user experience across all payment products.
• Take ownership of design quality, consistency and improve the visual language and actively contribute to the design system.
• Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams in customer centric design process and be highly involved in the entire product life-cycle from product planning, detail design to implementation.
• Be agile to iterate design and continuously refine the user experience to fulfill the unique needs of our diverse user base.

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) educational background.
• Proven experience in UX design (usability research, journey maps, wire framing, prototyping) preferably within the tech sector.
• Proven experience in UI design, visual design (visual language, design system) preferably within the tech sector.
• Portfolio with prior work experience that demonstrates your ability to turn complex problems into simple solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or AI etc.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Having a keen eye on design trends and cutting edge technologies.
• Strong foundation of design and basic design principles (typography, color, iconography, interaction patterns).

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115200 - $255867 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
