Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 per year + Benefits

About the Role:

Forsyth Barnes are working with a leading Sports Organization who are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various departments by using data to drive better decision-making across the organization. You will develop, implement, and manage BI reporting, data infrastructure, and analytics projects that directly support business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily BI reporting and analytics needs of the organization, ensuring data accuracy and developing visualizations, automated reports, and dashboards.
  • Serve as an internal consultant, partnering with key departments to identify data-driven opportunities.
  • Build and maintain KPI sets and dashboards to continuously monitor performance.
  • Design customer insights, profiles, predictive models, and projections to power data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee CRM, analytics, and CX platforms, including data collection, segmentation, and lead scoring.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless operations and support internal users with training and proactive problem-solving.
  • Maintain and update BI department documentation and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, analysis, and other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, solving business problems using data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting data to stakeholders.
