- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-moving company or the automotive industry
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with and Power BI
- Background in project management
- Knowledge of Google Big Query
- A proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
- Comfort with technology and process-based tools
