Category Manager, Gaming – Logitech
Logitech is inviting candidates to join as a Category Manager, Gaming. This role focuses on driving the global Amazon business for Logitech’s gaming portfolio.
Role SummaryYou will be the Amazon dedicated global senior category manager, leveraging both digital marketing and commercial expertise to impact Logitech’s business on Amazon platforms. You will report to the Amazon Global Commercial Operations Head and work closely with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities- Top 3 priorities: define and deliver global Amazon customised brand and portfolio strategies for 12+ months.
- Accelerate cross‑fertilisation across regions and markets.
- Drive strategic mid‑ to long‑term projects that reinforce Logitech’s presence on Amazon.
- Create marketing mix plans, tools, NPI, customised products, partnerships to grow profitably and convert Amazon traffic into loyal Logitech consumers.
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience on Amazon platforms.
- Monitor and analyse key KPIs to refine and adapt strategies.
- Share knowledge across regions and functions to accelerate Amazon value creation.
- Act as an internal and external Amazon category expert and lead process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- 10+ years of experience in customer (Amazon) and digital marketing at regional or international levels.
- High strategic capability: translate global plans into Amazon‑specific commercial marketing strategies.
- Strong portfolio management and analytical skills with P&L awareness.
- Experience working in a matrix structure with global or regional remit.
- Leadership skills and strong internal and external relationship building.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Project management skills and decision‑making ability.
- Proactive, energetic, self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Managed 2+ regions (Americas, Europe, Asia‑Pacific).
- Deep consumer insight capabilities and experience building marketing plans.
- UX/CX experience.
Annual base salary: $133,000 – $200,000 (depending on experience and location). Benefits include:
