This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Jose, CA, for a Research Scientist specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs). Specifically looking for someone specialized in text-to-Code & Text-to-Image LLMs for the Diagram.

AI offering. The Research Scientist will conduct cutting-edge research and development in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, design and evaluate innovative algorithms, and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art LLMs. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, publishing research in top academic venues, and applying findings to create scalable, impactful AI solutions that align with Pandita AI's mission to transform industries through innovative AI applications.

• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning techniques, and the development of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of Text-to-Code & Text-to-Image Vision LLMs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Py Torch
• Knowledge of causal models.
• Proven ability to execute advanced research methods, analyze complex datasets, and derive meaningful insights
• Experience in optimizing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications
• Ph.D. or Master's with Thesis degree in Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a teamwork-oriented mindset

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and familiarity with probabilistic machine learning
• Published papers in one of these or similar- ICML, NeurIPS, ICCV, CVPR is a must. Others need not apply.

• Knowledge of causal models.
