Senior Manager - SAP

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and consulting, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules, including demand planning, supply planning, and integrated business planning.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and resolving complex issues.
• Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with industry-specific processes and best practices, especially in supply chain and demand planning.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and project implementations.

• Lead and manage a team of SAP IBP consultants, providing mentorship and guidance for successful project delivery.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, translating them into effective SAP IBP solutions.
• Design and implement SAP IBP solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules to meet specific client requirements, optimizing planning processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements, leveraging SAP IBP capabilities.
• Ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support, addressing client queries and issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative environment for successful project outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and advancements, incorporating them into our implementation strategies.
• Document and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

As the Senior Manager - SAP, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and adoption of SAP IBP solutions across our enterprise. Your expertise will be instrumental in enabling end-to-end planning, enhancing demand visibility, and optimizing supply chain processes. You will lead a team of consultants, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP IBP projects.
