Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced SAP IS Retail – Procure to Pay Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) process in an SAP Retail landscape, covering sourcing, purchasing, goods receipt, invoice verification, and integration to Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP IS Retail P2P processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, stock transport orders, goods receipts, returns, and invoice verification.

• Maintain and enhance master data related to vendors, materials/articles, purchasing info records, source lists, and pricing conditions for retail customers during the transformation/ greenfield projects.

Project Lifecycle Activities

• Blueprinting, configuration, unit/integration/UAT testing, cut-over, go-live, and hyper care for P2P in SAP Retail.

• Exceptional soft skills, with the ability to independently conduct customer workshops and assessments.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and its integration with FI (AP), especially purchasing, inventory management, valuation, and GR/IR. Create process documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and work instructions for end-users.

Must have skills

• 12 + years of overall experience in SAP

• SAP IS-Retail (Expert)

• SAP MM (Expert)

Good to have skills

• SAP MM-PUR (Strong)

Additional Information

Salary Range: $160,000 - $190,000
