Role OverviewUST is searching for a Technical Lead with extensive experience developing solutions in Sample Manager LIMS who will evaluate requirements from clients and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical team in Sample Manager LIMS implementation projects.
- Front end the customers to understand the enhancement requirement and provide solutions.
- Run requirement gathering workshops and prepare requirement specification documents.
- Develop and implement enhancements, revisions to meet the needs of the client.
- Deliver solutions as required and requested, according to agreed timeline, ensuring solutions conform to company standards and SOPs.
- Provide technical support to colleagues and clients on technical aspects of projects.
- 5+ years of experience in Sample Manager LIMS Implementation and support.
- Good experience in systems analysis, design and development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team member and can work with limited or most of the times no supervision on projects.
- Attention to detail and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
- Flexible, self‑motivated team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills. Spanish language speaking.
- Open to learn and migrate to new technologies, ability to follow priorities and timelines.
