Job Title:
Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Consultant

Location:Remote with( 3 months Onsite travel to South Africa or Taiwan client will pay )

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Consultant
to design, implement, and support Oracle OFSC solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to optimize field service operations, improve scheduling efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support
    Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into OFSC configurations and workflows.
  • Configure
    resource management, capacity planning, routing, mobility, and work order lifecycle
    .
  • Design and manage
    activity types, work zones, calendars, skills, and SLA policies
    .
  • Integrate OFSC with upstream/downstream systems such as
    Oracle ERP, Oracle Service Cloud, CRM, or third-party applications
    .
  • Configure
    OFSC Mobility
    for field technicians.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize scheduling and dispatch processes.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare functional documentation, solution designs, and user training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
  • Experience in
    OFSC configuration, implementation, and support
    .
  • Good understanding of
    field service business processes
    (dispatch, scheduling, workforce management).
  • Experience with
    integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle ERP / CRM
    integrations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle OFSC certification.
  • Experience in utilities, telecom, manufacturing, or service-based industries.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud ecosystem and SaaS implementations.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    capacity modeling, forecasting, and reporting
    in OFSC.
  • Client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills.
