Responsibilities

• Lead development of large-scale ML training and inference systems around the world, integrating GPU/NPU/RDMA/Storage for high performance and reliability.
• Design heterogeneous system architecture to support LLM/AIGC/AGI applications, resolving technical challenges such as high concurrency, high reliability, and scalability.
• Research and introduce advanced technologies including latest hardware architecture, heterogeneous computing systems, and compiler-based optimization techniques.
• Collaborate closely with algorithm teams to jointly optimize algorithms and system performance.
• Participate in global team decisions, coordinating with members from the United States, China, and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Final year or recent PhD graduate in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent industrial research experience.
• Work authorization in the country of employment at hire, with ongoing authorization throughout employment.
• Excellent coding ability; solid foundation in data structures and basic algorithms; proficient in C/C++ or Python.
• Experience with at least one mainstream ML framework (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Jax).
• Master principles of distributed systems; participated in design, development, and maintenance of large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good learning ability, communication and self‑motivation.
• Good collaboration skills, willing to explore new technologies with the team and promote technological progress.
• Preferred:
  Experience in large-scale projects or influential papers in large model domain; familiarity with NLP, CV‑related algorithms; experience in CUDA, RDMA, AI Infrastructure, HW/SW Co‑Design, HPC, ML hardware architecture, ML for system, and distributed storage.

Job Information

Base salary range: $136,800 - $259,200 annually. Other compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
