We are seeking a highly analytical, strong problem‑solving, and excellent communication individual to lead innovative projects in a collaborative environment. Previous experience with Workday and a track record of successful HR technology projects are required.

• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with HR business teams and Workday IT experts on system design decisions, user experience, complex issue resolution, and process design.
• Solution Design:
  Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions to meet business needs, acting as a subject‑matter expert for various Workday modules. Conceptualize designs and end‑to‑end processes, providing best‑practice guidance and system optimization.
• Technical Guidance:
  Provide technical leadership, drive Workday process enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure enterprise‑wide alignment.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay up to date on Workday releases and trends, identifying opportunities to improve solution delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Business acumen:
  Strong understanding of HR business processes and how technology can improve them.
• Communication and collaboration:
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep Workday expertise:
  In‑depth knowledge of Core HCM, Security, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Payroll modules.
• Technical proficiency:
  Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with understanding of Workday architecture and configuration.
• Problem‑solving skills:
  Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
• Minimum 10 years of recent experience working on Workday in a global professional services environment, supporting HR functions.
• Experience delivering projects using agile, iterative, and waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an added advantage.
• Senior stakeholder management skills.
