• Guide new customers through the implementation lifecycle onto the technology platform
• Conduct analyses and improve implementation procedures and tools for efficiency
• Communicate action plans, status updates, and solutions to stakeholders
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and client-facing communications
• Serve as a subject matter expert in dealership management systems and data extraction

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proven experience in leading teams or processes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and have intermediate knowledge of SQL/Google Big Query
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with  and Power BI
• Project management experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of process-based tools and technology
• Natural leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset
• Enjoyment of process mastery and technical detail
