Staff Machine Learning Engineer, LLM Fine‑Tuning (Verilog/RTL Applications)
We are looking for a Staff ML Engineer to lead fine-tuning and deployment of LLM‑based solutions for code/RTL workflows in a secure, privacy‑first enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead LLM fine‑tuning, evaluation, and production deployment
. - Design secure AWS‑based ML pipelines (Bedrock, Sage Maker).
- Build robust model evaluation and inference systems
. - Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years engineering experience; 5+ years in ML/LLMs
. - Strong hands‑on with PyTorch, Hugging Face, LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT
. - Experience deploying LLMs on AWS in secure enterprise setups.
- Strong system design and communication skills.
- Exposure to code/RTL, Verilog, or EDA workflows
. - Experience with RAG, constrained decoding, inference optimization
