• Lead the ATG and Red Jacket portfolio product, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective support and resolution
• Collaborate with various teams to provide technical recommendations and product functionality based on field experiences
• Drive product adoption by defining target customer segments and validating commercial hypotheses
• Champion customer requirements and ensure development aligns with those needs through engagement and field trials
• Partner with the commercialization team to develop robust launch plans and sales enablement tools

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical or engineering roles with a strong understanding of fueling infrastructure
• Proven ability to provide precise technical feedback for hardware and software applications in field environments
• Customer‑centric mindset with comfort in engaging with end customers for product adoption
• Willingness to travel 25%+ of the time
• Familiarity with Veeder‑Root’s Environmental Solutions portfolio is preferred

• 2+ years of experience working with Veeder‑Root’s Environmental Solutions portfolio
