Technical Program Manager - Bilingual in Korean

At SK Hynix Memory Solution, we’re at the forefront of semiconductor innovation, developing advanced memory solutions that power devices from smartphones to data centers. The Program Management Office (PMO) leads enterprise SSD development with cross-functional and multi-site collaboration.

• Work closely with development managers, engineers, and multi-functional partners in Hardware, Firmware, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules and tasks, including dependencies to ensure program milestones are met.
• Participate in key design reviews and manage scope changes; identify project dependencies and risks and elevate them to leadership as needed.
• Provide status updates and communicate issues internally, offering recommendations as a core part of the team.
• Collaborate closely with Korea HQ engineering and manufacturing teams.

• BS (Master’s degree) in Engineering.
• 5+ years of program management experience in bring-up and productization.
• Technical knowledge of Solid State Drives and/or SoC, hardware and firmware.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work on-site every day in San Jose.
• Must speak fluent Korean and English.
