DescriptionThe Global Data and Analytics Dev Ops Engineer is responsible to Create, Deploy and Maintain New/Existing Infra in Azure cloud. As a Dev Ops Engineer the candidate will be a strong contributor in the execution of the strategic direction for the company, the success of this position will be measured by the usability, quality, and timeliness of applications delivery. The ideal candidate is expected follow Dev Sec Ops model.
Roleexpectations
- Create and Manage Cloud Infra on Azure
- Build & Maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor environment and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration platforms
- Automate and create reusable infra code.
- Implement Dev Sec Ops Model.
- Support Development, QA team to streamline workflows and incident response.
- BS/MS degree or equivalent years of experience
- 6+ years in Dev Sec Ops , SRE or Cloud Engineering roles and experience working on large scale, high performant Azure and AWS deployments.
- Strong skills deploying and managing solutions using Bitbucket, EKS, Virtual Machines, IaC tools (Terraform, Powershell etc.,) in delta lake/lake house architecture.
- Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash etc.,
- Strong experience handling deployments involving Azure Networking, Databricks, Azure Database Servers, Synapse, Web Apps, and Azure Functions
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging systems and alerting frameworks.
- A "can do" attitude, high energy, and creativity are required along with organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, written, and visual communication skills, with ability to present findings concisely and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated teamwork skills with a solid analytical and statistical background.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Desire to learn and stay current with emerging trends and technologies related to Dev Ops and cloud infrastructure.
If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
