We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer with GTM responsibilities to join our team. This role combines hands‑on solution engineering with client‑facing and go‑to‑market responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in AI/ML and cloud platforms, along with the ability to engage business stakeholders and articulate the value of advanced AI solutions.

• Support go‑to‑market efforts by engaging with prospects and clients in pre‑sales conversations.
• Build prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and tailored demonstrations that highlight the value of our AI/ML and Agentic AI solutions.
• Translate client needs into technical possibilities and present solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
• Act as a trusted technical expert in early‑stage client engagements, supporting sales and business development teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML technologies and bring innovative approaches to solution demonstrations.
• This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the Head of AI.

• Participate in client and prospect meetings to present technical capabilities and answer solution‑focused questions.
• Develop prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and demos aligned to client needs.
• Customize existing AI/ML solutions to showcase value in early client engagements.
• Provide technical expertise during proposals, RFPs, and solution pitches.
• Continuously explore emerging AI/ML and Agentic AI frameworks and incorporate them into GTM efforts.
• Represent the organization as a subject‑matter expert in discussions with prospective clients.

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, data engineering, or software development.
• Strong experience customizing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to work with clients in pre‑sales, GTM, or solutioning contexts.
• Hands‑on expertise with Agentic AI, GenAI, and ML frameworks (Lang Chain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, Tensor Flow, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field preferred.

• AI/ML & Agentic AI:
  PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, Agentic frameworks.
• Software Development:
  Python, Node.js, React, FastAPI/Flask.
• Other:
  Strong problem‑solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to balance engineering and GTM priorities.
