Product Manager, Ads Identity - Global Monetization Product and Technology - San Jose

Responsibilities

>

Develop and launch products to improve Tik Tok's identity graph
• Define the vision and strategy, and develop the roadmap for the future of resilient identity products
• Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives that maximize the impact of user identities

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 4+ years of ad tech product management experience, having taken one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch
• A strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem with direct experience in one of the following areas:
  Signals, Identity, Targeting, Attribution, Measurement or Optimization
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
• Experience working in a high-growth, startup environment
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $246400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
