• Conduct cutting‑edge research and development in 3D vision, especially the 3D digital content creation of human face and body
• Transfer advanced technologies to PICO products
• Explore new products with artificial intelligence technology at its core

• MS/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Research and practical experience in one or more areas of computer vision, including but not limited to (prefer candidates with publications in top‑tier venues such as CVPR, ICCV, SIGGRAPH): 3D face modeling, editing and animation; explicit and implicit representations of human body and face, e.g. Nerf, 3D GS, Codec Avatar; human/face generative models
• Proficiency in algorithm design and implementation, with strong coding abilities in C/C++ and Python

• Experienced in implementing and optimizing complex and performance‑critical systems
• Self‑drive and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate well with team members

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $187,040 – $438,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may also be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
