Principal Partner Solution Engineer - Partner Embed Platform

As a Principal Partner Integration Architect for our Partner Embed Platform, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming the financial ecosystems of our partners. Our platform elevates internal and external systems across Payments, AP, AR, and Spend and Expense management. You’ll collaborate with partners to discover opportunities, then design and integrate seamless solutions that drive operational excellence for customers and partners.

• 12+ years of relevant experience in technical or management consulting, solution architecture, or system integration, ideally within the AP/AR or financial services domain.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end technical architectures and solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in professional services, working with external clients and partners, guiding cross-functional technical projects from inception to completion.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience in gathering requirements, creating solution designs, and presentations.
• Expertise in API integration and management (e.g., REST, SOAP) with hands-on API implementation experience.
• Understanding of web services, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and middleware technologies.
• Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Java, C#, Python, SQL) and front-end tech (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience with SaaS platforms, microservices, and data integration technologies.
• Knowledge of security, compliance standards, and best practices for financial systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, translating complex technical solutions into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issues and solutions.

• Lead and influence technical discussions with senior stakeholders internally and externally (e.g., C-level, IT Directors, Product Directors).
• Conduct technical and deep-dive workshops with partners, deliver technical documentation, map integration avenues, and provide user training.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture sessions to ensure quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, delivering quality results on scope, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and internal/external IT teams.

• Willingness to travel (~25%), including onsite visits for implementation workshops and client meetings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, adapting to changing business needs.
