About the role: As a Data Center Technician, you will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of data center infrastructure. You will work closely with the Digital Support Services team and be a vital part of our operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Install and configure hardware components such as servers, routers, and switches
• Perform installation and upgrades of IOS, OS, and ESXi
• Replicate or build configurations based on customer requirements
• Install and network Managed Power Distribution Units (mPDUs)
• Manage cable organization, topology cleanup, and labeling of network cables
• Perform troubleshooting and break-fix tasks
• Conduct basic diagnostics to identify hardware issues
• Debug networks, tracking layer 1 to 3 issues
• Install and upgrade routers and switches
• Rack and stack equipment, install PDU

Work model: This onsite position in San Jose, CA, requires working 5 days a week in the office. We support work-life balance through flexible programs, but role requirements may change based on business needs.

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in equipment moves, installation, setup, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Knowledge of inventory management, safety, and lab cleanliness

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with labeling, tracking inventory, and equipment/move logistics within data centers
