• Define and deliver the next generation of seamlessly embedded AI capabilities across the Flo Qast product suite.
• Lead the long‑term design vision and strategy for major, cross‑functional product domains, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving significant business impact.
• Act as the principal designer translating complex AI capabilities and enterprise requirements into intuitive, high‑trust, and scalable experiences that remove adoption barriers and deliver groundbreaking value to accounting teams.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering Leadership to define the product roadmap and architecture, contributing a deep user‑centered perspective that proactively identifies and scopes opportunities for platform‑level improvements.
• Set the bar for design quality across the entire platform, guiding the evolution of the design system and establishing standards and patterns that ensure consistency, usability, and technical feasibility across multiple design teams.
• Lead high‑impact research initiatives that deepen the organization’s understanding of our users’ unmet needs, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to inform high‑level strategic product decisions.
• Own execution on the most complex, ambiguous projects, driving them to completion and mentoring other designers on strategy, execution, technical feasibility, and cross‑functional leadership.
• Effectively communicate complex design problems, rationale, and solutions to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams, influencing stakeholders across the organization.

• 7+ years of professional experience designing and shipping high‑quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products at scale, with a significant track record of delivering organizational impact.
• A world‑class portfolio demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking, interaction design, and visual polish on large‑scale data applications, complex workflows, or platform‑level tooling.
• Proven experience successfully leading and shipping product initiatives from 0‑1 that became core components of the platform, demonstrating exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Mastery of core design tools, particularly Figma, and deep experience contributing to robust design systems used by multiple teams.
• Fluency in accelerating design through modern, intelligent tools, leveraging AI‑powered aids such as Figma Make, ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude, etc., to accelerate knowledge, quality, collaboration, and delivery.
• Expert knowledge in designing intelligent, AI‑driven experiences, including user controls, trust, clear value translation, and ethical considerations.
• Exceptional strategic collaboration and organizational influencing skills, with a proven ability to articulate and defend design rationale to executive leadership.
• Strong research design skills: the ability to lead research efforts that inform major strategic product decisions and pivots.
